Once we made the decision on which flooring we wanted, Brothers made it very easy to order and install. They were happy to answer questions but did not use pushy sales tactics. The primary reason we went with Brothers is because we had confidence that they would do it right. We are very happy with the results.

Brothers' products are of the highest quality and their customer care is outstanding. Jessica was extremely helpful in narrowing the approriate options for my bathroom floor. The installation crew worked quickly and did a great job, being vey careful not to damage walls or shower doors. The end result is beautiful!

Awesome establishment. Large flooring project done to perfection. From sales to final walk through, everything went smoothly and was done right. Very happy with Brothers Flooring. We replaced carpet with vinyl plank in our primary bedroom & closet / 2nd bedroom & closet and laundry room.

We visited the store twice and worked with Jessica and Andrew looking at various products. Made our decision then Andrew came out a few days later to measure.

Installers Brian and Pete (2 very experienced folks) did an outstanding job keeping us informed on each step, and their craftsmanship was very noticeable throughout. Installation Mgr. Tom came out each day to review progress, and answer questions. The results are excellent and we highly recommend Brothers Flooring.

Working with Brothers Floor Covering made choosing and installing floor coverings a wonderful and painless experiece. The staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They go the extra mile to make sure the you are a satisfied customer. The installers got the job done on schedule and did a masterful job. The carpet looks like it is one continuous piece, as the seams are invisible. We give Brothers 5 stars.

We chose Brothers Floor Covering because they are a family owned, family run business. Upon our arrival to the store, we were greeted warmly by each person we met. We received exactly the right amount of support as we strolled through the store, choosing carpet samples to borrow and examine in our own home. Brothers trusted us to take the samples with us without the obligatory deposit common to most carpet stores. We appreciated the trust! Andrew came to our home to measure our space, then provided us with a detailed comprehensive estimate. We accepted the quote, and Brothers set to work contacting their installers for our selected dates. The installers were all very friendly and skilled. They arrived on time, worked diligently, moving the heavy furniture as they went.
We could not be more pleased with the result! The 8 lb pad they installed is very soft, yet supportive, making walking around the house a pleasure. We chose a linear pattern, and they flawlessly seamed it together so it ran straight and true, even down the stairs.
We highly recommend Brothers for their exemplary service, follow up, and skilled installers.

Brothers was great from start to finish! Their sales process was super easy and Jessica was really helpful in helping me decide what flooring was best. Andrew was really thorough when quoting prices. The job required a little more leveling work than anticipated, but Tom called me to explain everything and even visited the job site daily to make sure everything was going as planned. Our installers, Ramsey and Taylor were super nice, really attentive to my house, and kept things really clean. Start to finish a 5 day project, but totally worth the minor inconvenience. I’ll be using them again when it’s time to do the lower level!

Was high time for a refresh of my old carpeted stairs and Brothers did a great job updating. They were able to work with the original wood steps after sanding and staining. Quick job as they knew what they were doing and I love the outcome!

I loved the entire experience of working with Brother’s Floor Covering. Everyone I communicated with was very responsive, explained things well, and made sure I was satisfied with the job. They even came back two days after the job was finished to redo some shoe molding after I asked for the ends to be done differently. I highly recommend this company and would absolutely hire them again

As a first time homeowner, I wasn’t sure what to expect going into such a big project. Had a great experience from start to finish! We switched from carpet on our stairs to wood with a runner and redid our basement carpet. They moved all furniture, did the install in a timely manner, and left everything just how they found it. We asked for a final touch ups and they were very accommodating.

From start to finish, the entire process was easy and seamless! Choosing the right carpet was a breeze, thanks to Jessica's help, and the quoting process was straightforward.
We are absolutely thrilled with our new stair runners! The team did a fantastic job installing the carpet on our curved staircases (not an easy task). A special shoutout to Raul, who did an amazing job measuring and cutting the pieces perfectly to fit the curve. Huge kudos to the rest of the installation crew as well—they were absolute pros, friendly, highly meticulous, and paid incredible attention to detail.
It has completely transformed our entryway while making the stairs much safer and quieter. Professional, efficient, and highly recommended!

BFC did an amazing job with our property. They adapted to our schedule for visiting and measuring, and completed the work in time for us to move into our new home! The process was smooth, and the staff is very courteous and communicative. And on top of that, the quality of the work is excellent! Floors came out great and just as we wanted them. Great experience working with the Brothers Floor Covering team to install engineered hardwood floors in my home. First, they took the time to talk through the project with me and were able to find a solution that both fit into my budget and made me feel like I wasn't sacrificing anything - not an easy feat! Second, I was concerned about possibly removing some cabinets down the road and the team found a way to install the flooring under the existing cabinets - that was going above and beyond and much appreciated. Third, the floors are absolutely beautiful, and the team left my house the way that they found it, except with much better floors! They even dusted off the furniture before leaving. Definitely recommend Brothers if you want quality flooring installed without cutting corners by a team that seems to genuinely care and take pride in the work that they do.

From the moment of contact to the day of install, communication was solid and the process fast and easy. Onsite workers were exceptionally friendly and honest, answering questions patiently. I get to save some face by doing the trim myself, but I never would have been able to complete the flooring. For that, I thank you immensely. We walked in the door and were immediately impressed. Greg, the owner, worked very hard with us to match an engineered hardwood with our existing floor. Andrew came to measure and was a joy to work with. Their installers work was excellent. We couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience. I can’t say enough how happy I am with my new flooring from Brothers Floor Covering. I recently purchased a new home with very uneven floors, Brothers assured me that with the right leveling preparation it could be fixed. I am so pleased with how it turned out, no more wonky uneven floors. My new floors are beautiful and level. I would highly recommend spending the money to let the professionals at Brothers Floor Coverings level out your floors and give your new floors the foundation they to look nice and feel solid under your feet. I’m so glad I found them on Yelp!

Why even consider going to a big box store? Let Brothers handle it.

We hired them to replace all of the tile and carpet on our main level, and after looking at several options, we’re very glad we chose Brothers. From start to finish, the experience was excellent top-notch sales support, quality installation, and helpful guidance throughout the entire process.

They stayed on top of everything and made sure the project went smoothly, even when we hit an unexpected delay due to issues hidden beneath the flooring. They were flexible, responsive, and easy to work with every step of the way.
