Had bids from 3 other companies. Others were less expensive but did not include total costs- I.e. they didn’t submit an honest and accurate number to us. We chose Brothers because of their experience and professionalism.
Brothers Floor Covering was an excellent company to work with. They were very reasonably priced, and their workmanship was great. I highly recommend them for any of your floor needs.

When we walked into Brothers Floor Covering I immediately knew we were in the right place. So kind, patient, and tons of samples that we could take home to “try before we buy”. Our new carpet looks amazing and is so soft.
Bonus: While they were installing the new carpet I asked about a small defect in one of the LVP planks in a different area of my home (not installed by Brothers). That one plank has bothered me for years. Not only could they fix it, but they had someone out to my home in 2 business days to fix it. The repair is so seamless you would never know there was a repair completed in the first place.
They are not the cheapest quote we received but you get what you pay for. These guys are like floor magicians. Do not look elsewhere. They will be our only call for any flooring needs in the future.

He was also able to answer my many questions about carpet options and the install process. The install team was very careful with our property and did a great job. We're really happy with our new carpet and will use Brothers for all of our future flooring needs.

I had Brothers do two different jobs at two different properties recently, and I am very happy with both of them. I really liked that they had managers walk the jobs with the workers and with us before starting, and that managers came by every day (sometimes multiple times) and at the end as they continued to check on things for quality and any questions we had.
Also, when the guys discovered a way they could improve on what we agreed to and discussed it with the managers, the kitchen job finished EARLY and cost almost $700 LESS than we had originally agreed to. That never happens!
I will definitely work with Brothers again. It was a great experience.

In August of 2024 we looked for flooring contractors for our 1500 Sq ft condo. After performing our due diligence we decided that Brothers was the best option from the standpoint of product offerings and installation. Most recently we found a gap adjacent to an outer wall where there was a gap between the floor and trim. Brothers came the same week and made a repair that proves to me they make a commitment to service and support. That was impressive to say the least. I would not hesitate to recommend Brothers to anyone looking for flooring.
What an excellent experience and outcome we are enjoying from the work and services performed by Brothers Floor Covering. Our 1952 built Mid Century Home we have been working to restore to it's original splendor, and the beautiful wood floors installed by Brothers was the next step in the journey to this goal. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering any flooring project.
The whole team at Brothers Floor Covering were great to work with. They are a family business and offer exceptional customer service. Jessica has a eye for helping pick the right color of carpet. Andrew was friendly and helpful with my questions about the installation. Tom came to our house to check on everything the day our carpet was installed. The installation team worked efficiently to get the job done and they protected our other floors while they worked! Highly recommend Brothers!

We are in the process of finishing our 2400sf basement. We decided on Coretec Jerome Oak throughout. We had a great experience with Brothers Floor Covering from start to finish. They did a thorough job measuring and quoting. They were flexible with the timing of the installation. The team that installed our flooring was efficient and professional. Our floor is perfect! Excellent! I had been shopping for wood flooring for our house and came upon Brothers Floor Covering in a local group for being highly recommended. Made a call and spoke with Andrew who took the time to help me with comparable products that actually ended up being a much better product. Jessica was also extremely helpful throughout. She helped me get samples, set up my measure and answer questions. Andrew came out and did the measure. He listened and answered all of my install questions and made sure to include areas in the subfloor we wanted addressed.
David and his crew came out on a Monday at 8am and got to work. When I say they move fast, they moved fast! By 10 carpet was out and they were onto the subfloor checking everything. Communicated the whole time with me about areas that needed extra subfloor prep and got to it. By end of day Monday, our living room, study and most of my hall had wood floors installed. By 4pm Tuesday, the crew was done. We no longer have squeaks in our subfloor! They cleaned up very well behind both inside and out. We only had them move 4 pieces of furniture but they did so with care. The entire crew was very courteous.
From initial call to end of project everything was seamless. We are very happy with our new floors. We will definitely be back once it is time for the bathroom and kitchen remodel for sure.

From the sales to the end result, we had clear communication and follow through. While the cost may be a little higher, the quality of the product and the staff was worth it. Thank you, Brothers Flooring, for such a great experience.

Great family owned business. We picked out new flooring based on their expertise. The flooring came in sooner than expected and the installation was completed very quickly. The installers were excellent. Not only did they do an excellent job, they were all super nice and respectful. I highly recommend this business. Great people, outstanding service and excellent work. I will use them, again, in the future.
From the moment I walked into the store, I could feel and appreciate the warm family vibe. Given the terrific customer service, I can’t think of a reason in the world why I would even consider shopping for flooring elsewhere.
